I am looking to do outreach for ADU and general contractors, who are catering to a senior audience. I also offer sponsorships for talks and workshops. Ideally, I would like to work with a general contractor who does aging in place and ADUs. I prefer doing public talks or podcasts, but I like being on the phone too. All of these are just variations on verbal behavior.

I do talks to senior groups about fall prevention and legacy writing. I would also like to do talks about ADUs and I can also act as a facilitator for contractors who get a little nervous or go off track during public talks. We can do them together, it will be much like one of my public access TV shows, but with a live audience.

I have done lead gen for window shutters, HVAC, and solar and have done heavy phone work for industrial sales and real estate.
